Benefits of Drinking out of a Copper Cup



 Drinking out of copper is a form of an ancient Ayurvedic practice, which is a traditional Hindu system of medicine. The copper works as a what we would now call a water filter. Copper's antiviral and antibacterial properties would cleanse and purify the water! Copper is an essential trace mineral, without it, we would die, so that's where these cups come in handy, ayy?
